Design
This is the beginning stage of each sprint and one of the most crucial stages of the development life cycle. Our team spends meticulous effort to ensure the features are designed well and will meet your exact specifications
Develop
This is the stage where we are laying the bricks and giving shape to the features that will evolve into your product. We do extensive unit testing in this stage to ensure that things work to their specification
Test
This is the stage where features are delivered for user testing and any changes or defects are resolved to get the software ready for prime time
Deploy
The software is deployed into production at this stage and the features that have been developed in the sprint will become live

These sessions work best as two 1 hour high focus sessions but can also be structured as a single 2 hour session to preserve continuity.
We will deliver a working proto-type of your requirements in 2 weeks to give you an early feel of how your product is coming about. This could also be a working piece of a specific sup functionality for your product.
